FILO SHEET BARS

 

SESAME AND POPPY BAR

Place a ready grouped filo sheet on the work surface and lightly sprinkle with a beaten egg. Scatter on the filo poppy seeds, some grated parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds; press lightly into the filo.

Cut into 1,5 cm wide strips. Place the strips on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 210°C until the dough is risen and golden brown.

GREEN ASPARAGUS TIPS

Place a ready grouped filo sheet on the work surface and lightly coat with a beaten egg. Cut into 1,5 cm wide strips and wrap the trimmed asparagus from one end to the other, with an angle. Sprinkle the surface with beaten egg. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 210°C until the dough is risen and golden brown.
